Sorry for the lack of updates I have been away from home learning how to paint in the mische technique with Judith Way and Daniel Mirante.

This piece was created on my iPad during the evenings away and started as just a colour exercise, I just wanted to create a canvas of mess.It's funny because we were discussing how a lot of contemporary visionary art is unreadable from a distance...this piece is an example of that!

It was such an amazing weekend that answered many of my questions and mysteries surrounding oil painting. I can now see how some of my favorite paintings were created and it's made the process seem much more feasible.

I will upload the painting I started last weekend soon.
